Jeff Bezos to employees: 'One day, Amazon will fail' but our job is to delay it as long as possible
At an all-hands meeting, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos was asked what he's learned from the failures of big retailers. Bezos told employees that "Amazon is not too big to fail," and that the company must stay hungry.

Bezos in a tech guy. He understands. Someday someone will build a better mousetrap.
Interesting thing for a CEO to say, not that he is wrong. I wonder what the incentive was for him to say this. There is nothing out there that appears as a threat and Amazon has plenty of room to grow just in the markets they are in. At some point we are all going to die but few of us mention that especially when it is a long way off.
