The right things needs to be done to avoid crisis

At home we try hard to be 'prepared' for things @mrscwin. We buy a bit
extra food and store it just in case of future issues and are striving to be self-sufficient.
It's hard to stop yourself from getting anxious, but as long as you remind yourself and are self-reflective and prepare but not get worked up, then you'll be able to weather the storm...
I hope you can take time to relax too.
That is true @cryptocariad! We keep extra food too, but sometimes my husband has those unexpected expenses come up from school that neither one of us are prepared for.
