I think they also run out of mercenaries to sacrifice. They are all dead now. What do you think about this story? Is this girl part of the propaganda machine or is she deluded about the White Helmets?
You'll be surprised how many stories been created about the situation in Syria, we lost count. You need to see where the story is being promoted to realize whether it's true or not, if it's used by western MSM then it's another fake, if it's neglected by them then most probably it's true. This war taught us never to trust anything from coming from Western mainstream media even if they're telling the day and time and weather update, and even if it's true, be skeptical and investigate.
