This looks delicious and nothing I've heard of before. I'd love to see the recipe, as far as I can tell, this is a picture from instagram. I searched on duck duck go and didn't find a recipe I liked. I found this one on Pinterest.

When I first looked at this, I thought it was a cake with filling but it is actually a dumpling, probably German dumplings. I must say the vanilla cream and the poppy seed on top looks super good.
