A Canberra father was killed when a fault in his ute's central locking system triggered a gas explosion in the car's rear tray, the ACT Coroner has found.
Shane Senini, 51, was killed in the explosion, which happened on the afternoon of August 2 last year as he arrived to collect his son from after-school care in Conder
