Interesting, pretty much all of them pretend it’s illegal to talk about wages lol... Interesting to learn that the exact opposite is the case and it’s illegal for employers to tell us that! 🤣
Haha yeah, the easiest way to get rid of unequal pay for same roles is to talk about it openly. But its such a no no in most countries. Insane.
