If anyone can find the synergy in this acquisition, I am all ears....

I feel like this is a degradation of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf brand. No offense to Jollibee, but they never struck me as a refined operation with higher standards like Coffee Bean is.

Filipino restaurant brand Jollibee is betting big on the Los Angeles coffee scene, picking up local company Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf yesterday for a cool $350 million.
