喜愛打籃球的朋友 ， 都會幻想自己能灌籃 ， 不論任何年紀 ， 都想灌籃 。 但是 ， 當中最艱苦的訓練 ， 便是體能 及 彈跳力訓練 。 今次分享的影片 ， 是一段不用器械輔助的彈跳力訓練 。 總共只有四組動作 ， 故此 ， 人人都可以做得到 。
這四組動作 ， 不一定在室外進行 ， 於室內亦可以 。 主要用來加強大腿 及 小腿的體能 ， 與及訓練腰背力量 。 務求引發 「 迅間 」 的爆炸力 。
