Profiteroles recipe

I always wanted to bake, and no matter how hard Iprsctise I'm hopeless. My cooking isn't too bad though.

One of the things I always tried to make but couldn't was choux pastry and what I wanted to do with the chlux pastry was make profiteroles. I can actually make perfect chocolate sauce (as I did when I had a small ice cream shop for a while)...I love profiteroles, I can eat them morning noon and night!

 

One day perhaps I will try again :-)
