Ezekiel Elliott is one of the best running backs in the NFL. He is also getting to the point where he wants to get paid. His on field performance is no question. What is harming him is some of the off field issues. The Dallas Cowboys are confronted with having to decide whether to invest in him long term.

This could turn into a bad situation if he decides to hold out during training camp.
