Justin Gallegos, a University of Oregon club runner with cerebral palsy, received a big surprise when a Nike official showed up at the finish line of a race to announce Gallegos as the first athlete with cerebral palsy to sign to a contract with the company. TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.
