Rapidly-growing search engine DuckDuckGo has said it is making the internet "less creepy” with its privacy protection mission. Unlike companies such as Google, US-founded DuckDuckGo does not track users’ data. Its mission statement reads: “Too many people believe that you simply can’t expect privacy on the internet. We disagree.”
