There seems a lot of “hype” in this option, or at least an agency trying to promote its own services.

obviously, expungement of criminal record for offenses under the injustice #prohibition is the more favorable option, but if that fails then this may be an option for those who have suffered the injustice of a racially biased commercial conspiracy that was the marijuana prohibition.

Long way to go yet but slowly but surely, one state at a time, social justice and equity may eventually find their way to society. Even if via “backdoor solutions” like this one.
