MANDY: Hallucinatory Nightmare Is The Year's Wildest Trip | Film Inquiry

Tonight's movie is Mandy (2018). I'm about halfway through and this is a nightmare for Nicholas Cage's character, and Mandy as well. The film is so eerie and hallucinatory that at times it's hard to tell what is real. You should really not know too much going into this except that you should be prepared to be shocked by the violence and terror that befalls this couple. 

Nicholas Cage has a lot of terrible roles but he occasionally balances this out with great work in films like Adaptation, The Weather Man, Leaving Las Vegas and this one. Although I have to say I love Con Air.
