Both Spanish clubs are in talks over a deal for the Brazilian and have reportedly had player-plus-cash offers rejected.

Neymar joined the French giants for a world record fee of £200m in 2017 but is looking to leave Thomas Tuchel's side before the European transfer window shuts on September 2.
