A wild turkey coming in contact with a primary feeder line was the cause of a power outage that lasted about an hour and a half and affected about 350 Eugene Water & Electric Board customers in southeast Eugene, EWEB spokesman Joe Harwood said.The outage started about 5:45 a.m. and power was restored by 7:12 a.m., according to Harwood. The online EWEB power outage map still showed a handful of customers without power at 8:45 a.m., but that was due to a dispatcher error, Harwood said.The
