Maybe it's forked, maybe not, but from my point of view, the government controlled crypto currency is not an option. Possible for paying government taxes, records in health security service or for personal records.
Not even slightly surprised. Dash has managed to become the #1 crypto in Venezuela with 1600+ merchants on http://www.discoverdash.com alone. Imitation is the a great form of flattery.
