Good grief, I cannot believe how expensive property is there now.I bought 2 units in Makati in 2007 for just 30,000USD each! Too expensive for me to buy anymore.

Oh it's not the most expensive luxury property actually. There's another one and it's way expensive than this, it's not within any business district and it doesn't even have any balconies. Well that's what I heard but I haven't seen the details of it yet. 😊
Of course we still have those for middle class and lower class. But if you want luxury properties in the Philippines, this is the best choice. 😉
It's amazing to know you got some properties in Makati back then. Right now the price/sqm in Makati have already increased I'm sure.
