Central Punjab cricketer Zafar Gohar has been fined 20% of the match fee for protesting the umpire's decision in the match of the Cairo Trophy First XI tournament. Zafar Gohar has been found guilty of a Level 1 offense for objecting to the umpire's decision in the tenth round match against Southern Punjab at State Bank Stadium Karachi.
Zafar Gohar remained in the crease for the first time in the match despite being given an LBW exit by the umpire.
On-field umpires Al Haider and Rashid Riaz charged Zafar Gohar for violating Article 2.8 of the PCB Code of Conduct.
