Rich Paul is one of the most successful agent who handles player to NBA. But there are new rules in NCAA, and of them is a college-degree requirement from an agent. Rich Paul doesn't have it but some of the agents that work for his Klutch Sports agency has it.

Paul requested the NCAA to removed the said requirement, and NCAA decided that it will be optional.
