As we enter our 12th year of recovered bullishness, are we heading into a new recession.

Can the Federal Reserve step in and save the economy and stock market as they did in 2009?  Are overextended stock prices going to make rescue hard or impossible?  

Tech has led the recovery, but recession signals are flashing red.
