Russian Ex-Spy Skripal's Mother Asks Police to Declare Her Son Missing - Niece - Sputnik International

I think this is a perfectly reasonable request. Who knows what the British government have done with these two Russian citizens. If it were the other way around the whole of Europe and the USA would be threatening Russia. 

Who made Europe and America  the good guys?

YAROSLAVL (Sputnik) - The mother of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal appealed to the police to declare her son missing, his niece, Viktoria Skripal, told Sputnik on Wednesday.
