Akihito who is the Emperor of Japanese, he decided to resign his respective post because of his illness because he unable to perform his duty because of his age and declining health condition. He will be the first Japanese monarch to voluntarily relinquish the throne since 1817.His son crown Prince Naruhito who will ascend the Chrysanthemums throne the next day for begging a new era.
