Merthyr coach Dale McIntosh tells of his journey from working in security at the 2015 Rugby World Cup to becoming Namibia defence coach at the 2019 tournament.
Four years ago he filled a 2015 World Cup security role, looking after the Wales, France and Argentina squads at the Vale of Glamorgan resort.
