Lease your Steem Power and Make 11% APR
Hello friends and fam, whatsthatcryptom here with some information about Dlease.
Dlease is a Dapp build on the Steem blockchain. You can either lease your Steem Power to someone or lease Steem Power from the market.
If you have idle Steem Power and you don't have much time to curate or you just want a decent return on your SP, this service is one I can highly recommend and I have been using their service multiple times.
You can either use Steemconnect or Keychain to log. These are the standard apps to make payments and interactions with the blockchain that requires your signing keys.
How to lease Steem Power from Dlease
- Log in with your credentials.
- You will be requested to give posting authority. This is OK
- Under the tab Market you will find a button in blue that says> Request Lease.
- On the page that opens you can fill in how much SP you would like, how much you want to pay weekly and how long you want it.
- On the Market page you can always check what other people give in APR%. Best is to stay around that percentage.
- If you have enough STEEM, you can pay for it. If you later change your mind and the lease isn't filled yet, you can cancel the request.
Now you just have to wait until someone leases it to you.
