Homemade (DIY) ultraviolet (UV-C) virus sterilizer

Around March 2020, when the situation of corona 19 infection in Japan becomes serious, it is a UV-C (ultraviolet) sterilization DIY content that has been produced and used up to now.
The purpose of the production is to disinfect the masks that are used on a daily basis and various items (mail, courier, etc.) that are brought in from the outside.
It features an electronic timer with no standby power for two 8W UV-C lamps.
UV-C lamps can be easily purchased at domestic shopping centers and overseas Aliexpress.
