Materials To build a Runway

Bellow I have described/ mentioned the materials that I used.
Receipts:
Studs:2 in. x 4 in. x 96 in. Premium Kiln-Dried Whitewood Stud

For one box you’ll need 27 (48in) studs + one for wheels. For one box you will need 14 2in x 4in x 8ft studs that are cut in half.
We had 16 runway boxes and one plant box, all together 238 studs. We had less than that because for the box you’ll need only few studs, some of them did broke or we cut them in the wrong size, so having extra wont hurt.
Plywood: Underlayment (Common: 7/32 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft.; Actual: 0.196 in. x 48 in. x 96 in.)
Cost (each)- $13.98
Cover (when it rained outside): Everbilt 8 ft. x 10 ft. Blue Medium Duty General Purpose Tarp

Paint: (couldn’t find a receipt). This is on your own wish, if you want to have a better looking runway.
Door Pull/ levers (Everbilt 5-3/4 in. Black Door Pull
Model# 15449): 34 all together so it would be easier to move the boxes, we screwed them under the runway for easier grip: cost (each)- $3.67
Screws. You will need a lot of screws, the ones i preferred were 8-10in screws: These are one of what we used, they didn’t cracked the wood and were easy to screw in: (Grip-Rite 3 in. Construction Screw (5 lb.-Box)
Model# 3GCS5):
You will need roughly 15lbs of 8-10in screws and Crown Bolt #10 1-3/4 in. Phillips Flat-Head Wood Screws (2-Pack)
Model# 27048. The prices of these vary, because I had to go through trial and error, first screws were not the best quality.
About 5 lbs of Crown Bolt screws these ones you should look with the flattest head, not necessarily the model Im showing as an example.
Blade for saw: (Diablo 6 in. Diamond Wheel for Metal Cutting

(side note) For cutting the studs, measurements or extra plywood. We used our own saw, also our own tools, which I did not included into receipts..
Strip board: (2 in. x 2 in. x 8 ft. Furring Strip Board

Wheels (Everbilt 2 in. Rigid Non-Marking Rubber Caster
Model# 4033245EB) :You’ll need 34 of these all together.
Cost (each)-$3.47
Base Lumber (2 in. x 8 in. x 8 ft. #2 Prime Ground Contact Pressure-Treated Lumber
Model# 107523): You will need 34 of these.
Tip* if they are out of 2x8x8 get 2x8x16 and cut them in half, that’s what I had to do when Home Depot ran out of 2x8x8. Always check the lumber if it is straight, you will lessen the chances of the runway being uneven.

Glue (DAP RapidFuse 0.85 oz. All-Purpose Adhesive (6-Pack)

The glue is for gluing the ends of rubber, we cut each section and put the rubber on each box separately instead of rolling it out each time.
