Thanks @yoginiofoz!! I hope this time they will work out for you :) I had a situation before when bombs were expending but later I figured that the dye that I used had quite a bit of water in it and caused the bombs to act like this :)
The funny thing is that all I had to do was read the comments below in the blog I was reading. Most of the comments, I found out after the fact, complained that their bath bombs were fizzing just like mine. Oh well!
