DIY Weights and Bench

Today I wanted to share my latest construction project, my DIY weights and bench.

The weights are poured cement, with a 2 inch PVC pipe inthe centre. The bar is 1.5 inch black steel piping, wraped at the centre with PVC and clipped with $2.00 clamps.

The bench is 2x4 and 3/4 inch plywood.

The whole thing cost perhaps $100 canadian and a few days labour, part time, probably 6-8 hours including shopping.
