Udon - Cooking During the Quarantine in Honolulu Hawaii

I made more broth from the chicken bones we had.

I made Udon for dinner last night.

I put a small about of Ponzu sauce in the bowl then add the broth and finally the noodles.

I topped it with fish cake, Furikake, and spicy Sesame Oil.

It was so delicious.
