Offgrid Living in Hawaii - Our Mizuna

Our Mizuna is doing well.

Here is our harvest from yesterday.

This will make us salads for the week.

It took a while to get used to the tartness of the Mizuna, which is a cabbage. but now we love it with Ranch or Caesar dressing.
