Diversity and Tolerance

Diversity is we are not the same or equal. Take any two people and compare them, you find they are different. They will have different strengths and weaknesses. Identical twins are different, hell conjoined twins are different while sharing the same body and spending 24/7 together. They might have similarities but they are different.

According to the left, diversity is a shade of brown. The lighter the shade the less diverse and darker the shade the more diverse. THIS IS FALSE!!! Diversity is inequality not political correctness. http://www.dictionary.com/browse/diversity

Some people are smarter. Some people are stronger. Some people are more talented. Some people are more attractive. Some cultures are better. Some political views are better. Men are better than women in certain fields. Women are better than men in certain fields. Demographics categorize people based similarities to compare their differences because people are not equal.

Tolerance is accepting that we are all different and not equal. Some people are better than others. Some cultures are better than others. SO WHAT. Outside of a major breakthrough in technology, I’m never going to have a 200 IQ and be a professional athlete. SO WHAT. If someone is smarter, more attractive, wealthier, physically stronger than myself, then good for them.

The left wants to tear everyone down so no one gets ahead and there is equality of outcome. They try to conform everyone into a very narrow way of thinking. If you disagree they will use violence, insults and shouting to silence you while calling you intolerant. Libertarians and others on the right embrace diversity. Judge everyone on their own merit, if someone is better good for them. If someone is more successful good for them.

Free markets allow people to contribute to society based on their skills and talents (value). With millions of people contributing their skills and talents to the best of their ability, society becomes more prosperous. This benefits the low skill workers by allowing them access goods and resources from those who can contribute more. By embracing diversity and ACCEPTING we are not equal (tolerance) all of society benefits.
