As much as I don't like imposing limitations like that, I believe that your idea would go a very long way to curbing this posting mania. Make longer posts with better content rather than just millions of pointless posts with little of interest. I saw someone who managed to start the post with pictures of robins (birds) and related text content, and then went onto talking about crypto stuff. This was novel and well done.
