Disney’s governing district in Florida slashes all DEI programs

However, this change won't affect companies like Disney operating within the district, potentially impacting previous contracting protocols for women and minority-owned businesses. The situation has led to legal actions with Disney suing the board and DeSantis in federal court, while the board has sued Disney in state court.
