Almost like they were operating as their very own government!

Why was that?

Do you get those same perks and privileges?
Why don't our Zoos, Aquariums, Universal, Sea World and other places enjoy the same benefits Disney was reaping?

How did they fly under the radar for 55 years as certain progressives were always talking about elites getting tax breaks?
