I took the courage to cooked! New year 2018!!! 🎉🥂🎂
It’s my 34th year celebrating new year but only this new year I took the courage to cook for our media noche! Pork chop steak ala bistek 😋 First I marrinated the pork with some lemon, soy sauce and garlic waited for 4 hours before I proceed to cook it. And the finished product perfect! It tastes delicious my son can’t get enough of it 😃. And then I cooked mechado 😋 and followed my my desserts 😁 all set in one table perfect for a simple new year celebration! muy bien! 😋😇🥂
