Approve 1.3 Trillion and THEN try to cut 15 billion. About 1%. That's like spending $100 and then going back to the store with a coupon for a dollar off. C'mon government, just stop stealing from us or we'll just hijack the economy with crypto.
At least it's a beginning, a step in the right direction (maybe even window dressing). Let's see what develops ...
