cleanliness is the priority along with security. A soothing ambience helps to evade any fears of shadiness. A complimentary tea is must. The staff should be poilte and humble so that one can actually not rethink.
Yes, we are proud to say that sense of security is always there thanks to a local family staying on 2nd floor and my team there. Plus most of our guests are families / couples so that also helps. Soothing ambience is something we are trying for - to get it right. Complimentary tea will be there for festive season :-D that is 23 dec to 3rd Jan :P
