The Honduran Horde is going to California instead of Texas.
Yay.
It's becoming more and more apparent to me that California is a lost cause... I had hopes that we would be able to repeal the absurd and ludicrous gas tax law but that hope was dashed... I cannot comprehend the minds of the liberal sheep in this state. The only thing I can compare them to is a hive mind which simply regurgitates everything "Big Brother" tells them to. I truly hope for a day when we can make California great again, but it's seeming less and less possible every passing day...
I came to that same conclusion...about fifteen years ago.
That's when I started refusing loads to/from california.

I can imagine. I suppose I'm too much of an optimist, that's why I've stayed in this state so far. I keep hoping, dreaming, deluding myself that we can one day fix this mess of a state.
You have good reason to be an optimist. Everything is getting better and better. The current political unpleasantness is a temporary thing.
