Musk has received billions in subsidies and has virtually been a poster boy for msm for a while now. They could just be reeling him because he stepped out of line. Then again, like I always say about a hunch, I may be wrong

Every corporation is chartered by some state. Many choose Delaware or Nevada, because they are looser on certain things.
