Possibly the worst news story I've read lately

Musk building 'disturbingly long' tunnel

For one thing the headline is both stupid and wrong. What does 'disturbingly long' even mean? Is Interstate forty 'disturbingly long"? Is the Eisenhower Tunnel on I-70? What about the Chunnel or the tunnel under the Alps? Does that disturb you?

It seems to disturb the writer of this article. Not to mention (see above) that's it's wrong. The tunnel does NOT go under peoples houses. It been dug under the right away of a city road (not the same thing).

There's little or nothing in the article about the technology or the expected benifits.

I've noticed that the chattering class has turned on Musk. They seem to hate him after he criticized the news media. Kinda like what happened to Trump. The enemy of the people have pretty thin skins. Kinda like fungi..they can't tolerate the light of day.
