Nine Thousand pound Tongue weight is quite a lot. We're in semi-tractor trailer teritory (just barely). I wonder if in some cases it could replace a yard dog?

Well, I see application at the level of industrial plants, for the movement and accommodation of material in small and complicated operation sites, where the use of a fork lift can be complicated ... probably this is not your target, but it could expand its use towards that.
That's simply amazing. I've seen things lie that but in a bigger scale to slowly move colossal refinery parts along a paved road. Same principle, only that this little sucker's responds to a remote control whereas the ones I say use a wire connected to a joystick. And also the large version I saw worked in tandem to carry long loads.
electric motors have a LOT of torque...especially when planetary geared.
