It's about TIME somebody realized that this could be done.(we've only had shipping containers for three decades)

Imagine moving if you own such an apartment.
call up the truck....the overhead crane lowers your apt.

It hooks up and away you go
you could fly or drive along behind.
when you get to your destinaton
reverse the process.
Move from LA to Boston is about a week.

The thought of using shipping containers to build living quarters has definitely been explored and is continuously explored.
There was a similar concept for providing homeless individuals a living arrangement albeit not using shipping containers but something very close to it.
I am sure we will see sometime in the near future these concepts actually being put to practice. It would be great for the homeless and equally as nice for individuals / couples that like "small homes."
