Babies do not have free will

There is no free will, there is only self-awareness and rationality that gives us limited ability to "choose" and it develops gradually as our brain develops. This limited capacity does not exist in babies or in crazy or drunk people. It depends on the brain to be in good condition at the time of "choice" for it to be relatively "lucid".
