I don't know how many car wrecks are suicides. Very few I would imagine. Certainly fewer than drunk driving.

I think right after it says 'may cause suicidal thoughts or actions' it says 'call a doctor immediately if you have these side effects' or something to that effect. Such side effects are the exception, not the rule and if all medicine was banned that had side effects we would have no medicine. Also, it says 'suicide' not 'homicide'.

What's your suggestion for the use of this medication? That no one should use it? Is it your belief that it doesn't help anybody?
