Post-Castro Cuba: Change Slow to Come?

According to the article at the other end of the link below change will come slowly if at all to Cuba after the Castro's have screwed it up so badly. Freedom is the only thing that can quickly boost a country using history as a reference. Also, the creative portion of the Cuban population has been persecuted for so long that the real movers and shakers will take time to emerge. It will be interesting to watch Cuba bloom if allowed to do so by the B-team politburo. While I watch this all unfold I hope one day to at least look forward to an occasional Cuban puro without the worry of breaking the law.
