We can suffer worries in different ways and circumstances that life presents, such as lost loved ones, disastrous finances in which you owe a lot, poor academic qualifications, if you are a parent you will worry about the future of your children, etc. , there are countless "reasons" for which we worry and stress.

Faced with this overwhelming situation that every day breaks our nerves, leaving us perplexed without being able to do our activities in the best way, becoming a habit in our lives.

We do not allow the habit to define our lives, especially this habit that we know that hurts us but we can not leave it, as the worry is a habit, we can discard it like any other by:

What it means to keep the mind busy doing other stimulating activities to which you feel overwhelmed, this is done so that through this type of activities it is difficult to worry while doing so as it requires energy and meditation to do so.

Since there is a law in psychology that says: "It is completely impossible for any human spirit, however brilliant, to think of more than one thing at the same time"

That's why I invite you to think of two things at once:

In something they like it can be a person, animal or a place
And now think about what you are going to do tomorrow morning with your concern
Well, we found that these thoughts can not be presented simultaneously, but are presented sequentially, this implies that we will not show two emotions at the same time, this can be of enthusiasm with something interesting that we are doing and overwhelmed by concern. Since necessarily one of these two emotions expels the other. Then we will choose, I imagine the emotions that expel the worry.

We must bear in mind that "the worry is particularly apt to seize one, not when one is in action, but when the work of the day has finished" so the imagination takes over our minds distorting everything and enlarging our small mistakes.

Then a little inconvenience arises, when doing other activities I will not be thinking about what worries me about not doing it in advance, thus doing this constructive activity mechanically without achieving its purpose I believe that in these cases you should first do what is your responsibility as your obligations daily and if you later worry about what you do not have control such as in love relationships (breaking a relationship), loss of loved ones, bad grades or finances (Debts), we can not worry about the inevitability that sometimes life It is because we can not control these variables at will, therefore if you are worried about these types of things or similar, the best way to expel the worry from your mind, will be to occupy it in a constructive activity that relieves that discomfort, since it does not You will have time to worry if you are busy and then with a colder head to face these misfortunes.
