As we know in each business, quick and concrete decisions must be made, which produces a number of questions and discussions when making that decision to an issue, which ends in exhaustion and if this lasts for years and years the same routine will who hates their job or what they were passionate about because of that, then the best plan to have effectiveness, health and happiness is to change the procedure to pose the problem with your business, so the best way is to classify into 4 types of questions , the same ones that when raising them already help to clear the mind and give more logical answers than in a single question to the problem of What will we do with our business? we are not pleased when answering it
These are the 4 types of questions:
- What is the problem?
By defining the problem we can act on that - ** What are the causes of the problem?**
When knowing them we will know in what we must amend in next occasions - ** What are the possible solutions to the problem? **
When defining concrete solutions we focus on the best option to solve the problem and we do not argue in vain for multiple alternatives - ** What is the best solution?**
When analyzing all the established options we arrive at the best in profit-loss question and thus suppressing the innumerable discussions which did not arrive at anything only to loss of time and to more nervousness.
In short, apply this technique in a way that is recorded and do not forget, the best options are our friends pencil and paper, as the previous article this allows us better control of the problems to write them before we just discuss them and not reach anything.
