This is TIME's first implementation of the aforementioned list and is scheduled for annual release.

To make the list of "The Greatest Places in the World," the popular TIME magazine has researched nominations in a variety of categories such as museums, parks, restaurants, ... from editors and reporters around the world as well as dozens of industry experts.

They then evaluated each nomination site based on key factors, including quality, origin, creativity, sustainability, and influence.

As a result, TIME magazine has made a very diverse list, reflecting the richness of the world, with more than 100 locations spread across six continents and 48 countries.

Of the tourist destinations chosen by TIME as the best destination, the Golden Bridge in Da Nang City, Vietnam has recently been honored as one of the top spots that this prestigious magazine introduces to its global readers.

"The Golden Bridge is located at an altitude of about 1,000 m above sea level in Ba Na Mountain, connecting a cable car station with nearby gardens. The bridge is made of wood with stainless steel handrails highlighted in yellow. The main image and meaning of the Golden Bridge is "the giant hands of the Buddha are lifting the golden thread." The 150 m long bridge gives visitors plenty of space to enjoy the scenery. It's an effort to attract more visitors to the city, "wrote TIME's Julia Zorthian.
