Help required

Hi Community
I am coming back to steemit after a gap of almost 3 years. And that too for a purpose.
Three years back when i was active on steemit i joined a discord channel and someone gave me some coins ( i dont know the name of coin though). Can anyone tell me or should i say help me how can i retrieve back as the crypto markets are surging.
I dont know the discord channel name or the name of coin. Is it retrieveable now?
